UK Pub Partner respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through ukpubpartner.com, why we use it and the choices available to you.
Who is responsible for your data?
UK Pub Partner is the controller of personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email romeo@ukpubpartner.com.
Information we collect
When you make an enquiry
We collect your name, venue, area or postcode, email address, any phone number you choose to provide, your message, and basic technical information needed to protect the form from spam.
When you permit analytics
If you select “Accept analytics”, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may collect information about how you arrived at and used this website, such as pages viewed, device/browser information and approximate location. These tools are not loaded if you select “Essential only” or have not yet made a choice.
Why we use it
| Purpose | Information | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Respond to your enquiry and discuss requested services | Contact, venue and message details | Steps requested before entering a contract; legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries |
| Protect the form and website from abuse | Anti-spam token and limited technical data | Legitimate interests in maintaining a secure service |
| Understand website use and measure enquiries | Google Analytics and Meta Pixel data | Your consent |
Cookies and similar technology
Essential local storage remembers your cookie choice. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to distinguish genuine submissions from automated abuse. With consent, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel set or read identifiers used for audience measurement and conversion reporting.
You can reopen the consent panel using “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Choosing “Essential only” prevents the optional analytics tools from loading on future visits in that browser. You can also clear stored site data in your browser.
Service providers and international processing
We use Cloudflare to host and protect the site and to store enquiry records. If you consent to analytics, we use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. These providers may process information outside the UK. Where applicable, they use recognised safeguards for international transfers under their terms and data-protection arrangements.
How long we keep information
Website enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless they become part of an ongoing customer relationship or we need to retain them longer for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. Consent choices remain in your browser until you change them or clear your site data.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the website and communications, professional advisers where necessary, or authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase your information; restrict or object to processing; receive certain information in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
To exercise a right, email romeo@ukpubpartner.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or services change. The latest version will always appear on this page with its revision date.
